Our Charter:
The charter for the Symposium
on Polymers for Microelectronics is to promote the study of the integration of
polyimides and other advanced polymeric materials into semiconductor, thin film
packaging, MEMS and optical application areas. Meetings are held
biannually with a strong emphasis on new polymer development and processing.
We look forward to seeing you
in early May 2008 at Winterthur.
